Paccheri with vegan basil pesto

Paccheri WITH VEGAN PESTO basil WITH SPROUT and pistachios (4 People)


320 g Paccheri

100 g vegan pesto (BioSapori)

50 g GARLIC SPROUT Paté (BioSapori)

50 g pistachio

30 g almonds

     Salt to taste


Boil the pasta water with a pinch of coarse salt. Cook the pasta a little more than al dente. In the meantime, add the BioSapori vegan pesto to a large pan over very low heat, add a teaspoon of garlic sprout paté, mix everything together and dilute with a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water. Drain the pasta directly into the pan with the pesto. Stir over high heat, finishing cooking the pasta for about 1 minute. Make sure the pasta is perfectly seasoned! Add the almonds and pistachio and some fresh basil leaves!
